Starts at $150 for a min load (~50 cu ft) and fills up to a 400 cu ft full truck — five tiers in between. Recurring schedules and multi-truck jobs get a custom quote on the same volume model.

Specialty disposal (e-waste, secure documents, paint), after-hours premiums, and COI requirements are quoted upfront in writing.

What does commercial junk removal cost?

Commercial work is priced the same way as residential — by the volume of truck space your items use. Single items start around $120; mixed loads start at $150 and scale up to a 400 cu ft full truck. Do you carry a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?

Yes. We carry general liability and auto coverage and can issue a COI naming your building, property manager, or client as additional insured. Tell us the requirement when you book and we will have it on file before the crew arrives.

Are you W-9 ready and can you invoice?

Yes. We provide a W-9 on request and issue itemized invoices that work for AP teams, expense reports, and 1099 reconciliation. Net-30 terms are available for repeat business and property-management accounts.

Can you work after-hours or on weekends?

Yes. Retail refreshes, restaurant teardowns, and office moves often run after close or on weekends so customers and staff never see a half-empty space. Tell us your access window and we will route the crew to match.

Do you handle pallets, packaging, and warehouse bulk?

Yes. Wood pallets, plastic strapping, shrink wrap, cardboard, foam, packaging waste, and obsolete inventory are routine. For large pallet volumes or repeat removals, we set up a recurring schedule so your dock stays clear.

What about secure document destruction or e-waste?

We remove computers, monitors, printers, copiers, and small electronics, routing recyclable e-waste to appropriate streams when facilities accept it. Reference EPA Section 608 for refrigerant-bearing gear and ENERGY STAR guidance when you are retiring appliances. For shred-required documents, we coordinate with a certified shred partner — ask when you book.

How do you coordinate access — elevators, docks, COIs?

You give us building rules, dock hours, elevator reservations, and any required certificates; we handle the rest. The crew checks in with security or your building manager on arrival, and we leave the load zone broom-clean before signing out.

Can you schedule recurring removals for property management?

Yes. Common-area bulk, move-in / move-out turnover debris, leasing-office furniture refreshes, and seasonal common-element clears can run on a weekly or monthly cadence. Single point of contact, single monthly invoice.
