That means no clock running while we squeeze through a stairwell, no "fuel surcharge" tacked on at the curb, and no awkward conversations after the truck is loaded. Just a fair price for the space your stuff fills, matching the crew standards page we publish for transparency.

Single items start at $120. Mixed loads are priced across five truck-load tiers: 1/8 load $150, 1/4 load $280, 1/2 load $430, 3/4 load $550, and a Full load $650. Please note: Mattresses and box springs are not included in truckload pricing. A $50 surcharge applies per item in addition to your quoted load price. We confirm your tier and total on site, in writing, before we lift. ZIP questions belong on the Chicagoland service map, while line items pre-fill inside the online quote tool.

All labor, loading, hauling, sweep-up, recycling, donation drop-offs, and standard disposal fees. The price you agree to before we start is the price you pay — no fuel charges, no stair fees, no tip expected.

No. We price by truck volume so you never pay for stairs, slow elevators, or weather. The same load is the same price whether it takes us 15 minutes or 90.
All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH, business checks, and cash. Payment is collected after the job, not before.
Same-day windows are usually available when routing allows. Booking online or texting before noon gives you the best chance at an afternoon slot.
We do not transport hazardous materials such as fuels, solvents, bulk wet paint, asbestos, propane, or pressurized tanks outside approved recycling streams. Review the EPA HHW overview plus Illinois EPA programs for why those loads stay off our trucks. When in doubt, text a photo before we dispatch.
